JULY 15 : US BILLION $ 353.
AUG 15 : US BILLION $ 355.
SEP 15 : US BILLION $ 352.
OCT 15 : US BILLION $ 351.
NOV 15 : US BILLION $ 352.
DEC 15 : US BILLION $ 351.
JAN 16 : US BILLION $ 350.
29 JAN 16 : US BILLION $ 349.
From above data we observe our reserves were rising month after month up to MAY 2015.
Thereafter despite fall in crude oil prices , reserves are either stagnant or declining .
